Brief Description
Project description: 15 floors height office building as the new Headquarters of the Riyadh District Municipality. It includes all related departments of the municipality in addition to two underground car parking and number of outdoor plazas.
Scope of work: architectural concept design (different concept design alternatives were submitted)
Design concept: (symbolic proposals and flexible functional solutions) different ideas varied in form making, achieving basic design objectives like the local identity and the symbolic dimensions it represents, and the functional reality of the multi-functions project.
Beside the symbolic dimension, flexibility was considered architecturally in internal spaces.
All solutions aimed at being environment friendly and wise in energy consumption.
